• Estimates: Preliminary quotes are subject to a physical site inspection.

• Delays: Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, or factors beyond our control.

• Refunds: We issue refunds for Contracts within 30 days of the original purchase, subject to the terms of the specific service agreement and work already performed.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

All work is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for the period specified in your specific service contract. Warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters (Acts of God), improper use, lack of maintenance, or third-party modifications. Claims must be submitted in writing within the contract’s warranty period.

7. Limitation of Liability

EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU WILL HOLD US HARMLESS FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE. OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of the Company's primary operations.
